Delivery times vary by destination. Most European orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days, while deliveries to other regions such as Asia, North America, Africa and South America may take longer. All European orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning no additional taxes or duties are payable upon delivery.
All orders are shipped with DHL GlobalMail or FedEx International Connect from our Netherlands warehouse and then completed by local country delivery services.
We offer easy 30-day returns on eligible items. To start a return, please follow the instructions in our returns process and submit your request through our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €60.
For all orders under €60, a flat rate of €10 will apply for postage.

Due to ongoing Canada Post strikes causing significant delays, only Express Shipping is currently available. DHL Express Worldwide, guaranteed 3-5 business days.

Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately.
Afterpay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted off future payment instalments.
Le Specs offers 30-day returns on eligible items, with return shipping at the customer's expense. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is faulty.
Orders shipped to Europe are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are included in your purchase price and no additional fees are payable upon delivery.

Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the issue. Following assessment, Le Specs will either replace or refund the item where appropriate under the applicable consumer protections in your region.
All of our gift cards are online e-gift cards only. Please check your email for your voucher or Contact Us if you need it to be re-issued.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder. It's possible that you entered an incorrect email address or there may have been a technical issue. If you still haven't received it, please Contact Us immediately for assistance.
You can make changes to your order while you're still browsing. Simply go to your shopping cart and click "remove" next to any item you'd like to remove.
If you've already placed your order, don't worry - changes can still be made before dispatch, but only for a short time. Please Contact Us immediately for assistance.

Our Scriptable and Optical ranges are perfect for prescription. All other ranges are not suitable. Should you have questions about specific styles, please Contact Us.
Yes. Le Specs sunglasses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on each product page. Proof of purchase is required.
Selected frames that are marked as prescription suitable can have lenses replaced. Replacing lenses in scriptable frames does not void the frame warranty. Please check the product page or contact Customer Care for advice on a specific style.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
Le Specs lenses are available in Category 1, Category 2 and Category 3 tints. Category 1 lenses offer light sun glare reduction, Category 2 lenses provide general-purpose protection for everyday wear, and Category 3 lenses offer high protection in bright outdoor conditions. The right category depends on your lifestyle and how much sun exposure you typically experience. Read our Lens Category guide for more information.
Le Specs provides frame width measurements on every product page. As a general guide, Narrow Fit frames are 139mm or less, Regular Fit frames are 140-146mm, and Wide Fit frames are 147mm or wider. Choosing the correct width helps ensure a comfortable fit that is neither too tight nor too loose. Read our Sunglasses Fit Guide for more information.
The easiest way is to use our Virtual Try-On feature. Simply select a frame, click "Try On", allow camera access and position your face in the centre of the screen. You can compare multiple styles and see how they look before purchasing.
Many Le Specs sunglasses are available with Virtual Try-On. This allows you to see how different styles look on your face using your device's camera before placing an order.
Yes. Virtual Try-On works through your device's camera. Simply allow camera access when prompted and position your face within the frame to preview how your chosen sunglasses will look.
These fit categories indicate the overall width of the frame. Narrow Fit frames are designed for smaller face widths, Regular Fit suits most wearers, and Wide Fit frames provide additional coverage and comfort for broader face shapes.
Category 2 lenses are ideal for everyday outdoor wear, providing a balance of comfort, visibility and protection in moderate sunlight conditions. Category 3 lenses are better suited to brighter environments where stronger glare reduction is required.
Polarised lenses help reduce glare reflected from surfaces such as water, roads and snow, improving visual comfort and clarity. They are particularly popular for driving, beach days, boating, fishing and other outdoor activities.
Blue light glasses are designed to filter blue light emitted from digital screens. They can help reduce visual fatigue and provide more comfortable viewing when using phones, computers, tablets and other digital devices throughout the day.
