Refund policy
We want you to love your Le Specs! If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer easy customer paid 30-day returns on eligible items for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal and shipped back to the Le Specs Distribution Center. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Le Specs reserves the right to reject items that show signs of wear or damage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked "FINAL SALE ONLY" on the product page are not eligible for return unless faulty. We are also unable to accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, you'll receive an email confirmation. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days, though timing may vary depending on your bank and during busy periods.
